Pastor Andrew L. Moore, Sr.
Meet the Pastor
Pastor Andrew L. Moore, Sr. is the husband of one wife, the beautiful and talented First Lady Angela Moore, whom he married in 2006. They have three children, Mikayla, Andrew Jr., and Samuel. Next to God Himself, his family will always be his first ministry!
Through a close relationship with Jesus and leaning into His Holy Spirit, the name of the church, Rivers of Living Water, came forth in January 2022. In February of 2022, there was a powerful time of intimate worship where the power of God’s Spirit flowed like a river from his innermost being according to John 7:38, further confirming the church’s name.
Our Vision
To be grounded and saturated in Christ (the Word of God) and prayer.
To reach the lost of all ethnic and cultural backgrounds, proclaiming the Good News of God's Grace, showing them relevance for this life and the next.
To disciple, support, counsel, and build up the believer with the Word of God, causing personal transformation.
To minister healing to the whole person, Spirit, Soul, and Body in every area of life.
To be Spirit-led and Grace-based, not formula or method bound, in ministry to the local assembly and to the community at large.
To experience powerful, Christ-centered, doctrinally correct music in our worship services.
To integrate all ages and people of every cultural background into the fabric of the church through fellowship, hospitality, outings, and outreach, doing life together.

Pastor Andrew simply has a heart to see the will of God fulfilled in his life and in the lives of every human being. The burden for humanity to know Christ and for believers to grow in Christ pushes Pastor Andrew to seek God with passion and diligence that he may faithfully carry out God’s purposes.

What We Believe

We believe the Holy Bible to be the inspired and only infallible written Word of God.

We believe that there is only one God, eternally existent in three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.

We believe in The Blessed Hope, which is the rapture of the church of God, which is in Christ as His Return.

We believe that the only means of being cleansed from sin is through repentance toward God and faith in the finished work of Christ, His precious and ever-powerful blood cleansing the believer from all unrighteousness. In obedience to Christ, we practice full submersion for water baptism to indicate death to sin and resurrection to new life.

We believe true heart conversion is through regeneration by the Holy Spirit causing the human spirit to be born again from above and is therefore absolutely essential for personal salvation.

We believe that the redemptive work of Christ on the cross provides healing for the human body in answer to the prayer of faith.

We believe that the Baptism in the Holy Spirit, according to Acts 2:4, is given to believers who ask for it. Scripturally, this is a second experience of grace available for all believers immediately after salvation.
